胃癌组织中PTEN，DcR3，CyclinE的表达及其相互关系

目的：研究PTEN，DcR3，CyclinE在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌发生发展的关系。方法：收集75例随访资料完整的胃癌手术切除标本及15例正常胃组织标本，常规HE染色及应用免疫组织化学方法检测PTEN，DcR3，CyclinE在胃癌组织中的表达。结果：PTEN在胃癌组织中低表达，并随肿瘤浸润深度的加深、淋巴转移的发生及临床分期的增高而降低；DcR3及CyclinE在胃癌组织中高表达，并随肿瘤浸润深度的加深、淋巴转移的产生、临床分期的提高、肿瘤病理分化程度的降低而升高。结论：PTEN与DcR3，CyclinE在胃癌的发生发展中有相互制约或促进作用；各自都可以作为胃癌生物学行为和判断预后的指标。

Expression and relationship of PTEN, DcR.3, Cyclin E in gastric carcinomas

Objective： To study the expression of PTEN, DcR3 and Cyclin E in gastric carcinoma and to investigate the relationship among PTEN, DcR3 and Cyclin E in the development of gastric carcinoma. Methods： Tumor specimens were collected from 75 gastric adenocarcinoma cases and 15 cases of non - tumor gastric tissue. The expression of PTEN, DcR3 and Cyclin E was detected by routine HE coloration and immunohistochemistry. Results： The expression rate of PTEN in gastric cancer tissues was low, and reduced with increased invasive depth and clinical stages and lymphatic metastasis. The expression rate of DcR3 and Cyclin E in gastric cancer tissues was high, and increased with increased invasive depth and clinical stages and lymphatic metastasis. Conclusion： PTEN and DcR3, Cyelin E inter- restricted or interacted in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma, and could be a guide marker in biological behavior of gastric cancer and estimation of prognosis.
