| 摘 要： | 对40例病人进行选择性冠状动脉造影,同时测定血浆载脂蛋白A-1(ApoA-Ⅰ)及B(ApoB)的水平,研究Apo与冠状动脉病变(CAD)严重度之间的关系。并测定血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量,用以对比分析。结果表明:ApoA-Ⅰ水平下降是临床上诊断CAD的较佳指标;ApoB/ApoA-Ⅰ比值增大对判断CAD严重度较可靠;ApoB/ApoA-Ⅰ=0.98～1.00作为有无发生早期CAD的一个“临界值”有一定参考价值。

| Abstract: | To study the relationship between the apoproteins and the severity of Coronary artery disease, serum apoproteins (Apo) A-I and B were determined in 40 subjects undergoing coronary angiography because of old myocardial infaction and angina pectoris. In the meantime, serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL-, LDL-, and VLDL-cholesterol concentration were determined for control analysis. The results showed that the decrease of serum ApoA-I levies was the best indicator to distiguish coronary artery disease from non-coronary artery disease; ApoB/ApoA-I ratio had the most consistent association with the severity of coronary artery disease as assessed by angiography; ApoB/ApoA-I=0.98～1.00 may be considered as a critical value for early coronary artery disease. |
