| 摘 要： | 建立了高效液相色谱法测定醋酸甲羟孕酮中的4,5-二氢醋酸甲羟孕酮。采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈-水（30:50:20）为流动相,检测波长285 nm。有关物质4,5-二氢醋酸甲羟孕酮在2～50μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,在原药与片剂中的回收率均为99.2%,RSD为0.9%与1.0%。 |

| Abstract: | An HPLC method was established for the determination of 4,5-dihydromedroxyprogesterone acetate in medroxyprogesterone acetate.A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-water（30:50: 20） at the detection wavelength of 285 nm.The calibration curve for 4,5-dihydromedroxyprogesterone acetate was linear in the concentration range of 2 - 50μg/ml.Both recoveries of bulk drug and tablets were 99.2%,with RSDs of 0.9%and 1.0%. |
