尖尾芋根茎石油醚部位抗肿瘤活性及化学成分研究

摘    要:考察了尖尾芋根茎的不同溶剂提取物对5种人肿瘤细胞(M-GC803、Hela、bel7402、K-562和MDA-MB-435)的抑制作用。结果表明,尖尾芋根茎50%乙醇提取物的抑制作用较强,进一步筛选显示该提取物的石油醚萃取部位对人肿瘤细胞M-GC803的抑制活性较显著(IC50=121 g/ml)。采用GC-MS法分析该石油醚部位的化学成分,共鉴定了其中43个化学成分,含量占前5位的成分分别是:亚油酸(23.59%)、十六烷酸(18.91%)、间十五烷基酚(15.51%)、亚麻酸(9.09%)和3’-甲氧基苯并[1’,2’-b]-1,4-二氮杂双环[2.2.2]辛烯(5.18%)。

Abstract:The inhibition effects of the extracts of the rhizome of Alocasia cucullata(Lour.) Schott with different solvents on five human tumor cells(M-GC803,Hela,bel7402,K-562 and MDA-MB-435) were investigated.The results showed that the 50% ethanol extract had a stronger inhibition effect.The further study showed that the petroleum ether fraction from 50% ethanol extract had a significant inhibition effect on M-GC803 cells(IC50=121 μg/ml).Among the forty three ingredients whose content accounted for the top five were as follows:(Z,Z)-9,12-octadecadienoic acid(23.59%), hexadecanoic acid(18.91%),3-pentadecylphenol(15.51%),(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid(9.09%) and 3’-methoxybenzo[1’,2’-b]-1,4-diazabicyclooctene(5.18%).
