狼疮样抗凝物质对复发性流产患者血栓前状态的影响

目的:探讨狼疮样抗凝物质(LA)对复发性流产(RSA)患者血栓前状态的影响。方法:测定110例RSA患者(RSA组)和102例正常生育期妇女(对照组)的LA比值(LAR)、D二聚体(D-D)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原(FIB)和血小板聚集试验(PAgT)。结果:与对照组比较,RSA组的LAR、D-D、FIB和PAgT增高,PT缩短,差别有统计学意义(P均<0.05);以超过对照组(x±s)为阳性,RSA患者中的LAR、D-D及PAgT各指标阳性率明显高于FIB阳性率和PT阳性率。结论:RSA患者LAR的增高与血栓前状态指标的变化相平行,RSA血栓前状态的发生或发展与LA有关;LAR可作为RSA血栓前状态的监测指标之一。

The influence of lupus anticoagulant on prethrombotic state in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective:To investigate the influence of lupus anticoagulant(LA) on prethrombotic state in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods:110 patients with RSA(RSA group) and 102 healthy women(control group) were selected in the study.LA ratio(LAR),the level of D-dimer(D-D),prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time,fibrinogen(FIB) and platelet aggregation test(PAgT) were determined.Results:As compared with those in control group,the levels of LAR,D-D,FIB and PAgT in RSA group increased,while the level of PT was shorten.These differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).The values of LAR,D-D,FIB and PAgT greater than x±s and the value of PT lower than x±s of control group were considered as positive.The positive rates of LAR,D-D and PAgT were higher obviously than those of FIB and PT in patients with RSA.Conclusion:The increase of LAR and the change of prethrombotic state parameters in patients with RSA are at equal pace.The development of prethrombotic state in RSA is associated with LA.The LAR may be one of monitoring markers to judge prethrombotic state in patients with RSA.
