番茄红素对自然衰老大鼠抗氧化功能的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨番茄红素对自然衰老大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:选用15月龄SD雄性大鼠48只按其血清丙二醛(MDA)含量分层随机分成4个组,根据样品的人体推荐量设166.6 mg/kg BW、83.3 mg/kg BW、41.7 mg/kg BW三个剂量实验组和一个阴性对照组。阴性对照组给予等体积的玉米胚芽油,每天灌胃一次,连续灌胃60 d。60 d后处死,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和过氧化脂质(LPO)含量(以MDA计)以及脂褐质(LIP)含量。结果:实验组的血清过氧化脂质(LPO)含量和组织匀浆液中的脂褐质(LIP)含量低于阴性对照组(P<0.05),组织匀浆液中SOD及GSH-Px活力高于于阴性对照组(P>0.05)。结论:番茄红素对自然衰老大鼠具有抗氧化的功能。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of lycopene on anti-oxidation in natural aging rats.Methods: According to their serum MDA content,48 SD aging male rats were divided into four groups by stratified randomization including one negative group and three dosage groups.The lycopene capsule contents were orally administered continuously at the dose of 166.6 mg/kg BW,83.3 mg/kg BW,41.7 mg/ kg BW respectively for 60 days,and negative control group was given equal volume of corn germ oil.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),levels of malondialdehyde(MDA) and Lipofuscin(LIP)were determined in each group.Results: The lycopene capsule could significantly reduce the content of LPO in serum and LIP in tissue homogenate.It could also significantly increase the SOD activity and the GSH-Px activity in tissue homogenate.Conclusion: It is suggested that the lycopene capsule might have stronger anti-oxidative effect.
