舒肝养心汤治疗更年期女性功能性消化不良57例

目的: 观察舒肝养心汤治疗更年期女性功能性消化不良肝气郁结证的疗效.方法: 收集2006-10/2008-08河南中医学院第一附院消化科门诊更年期女性功能性消化不良患者114例,分为舒肝养心汤治疗组和对照组(服用多潘利酮),每组57例,分析比较2组患者症状改善及疗效.结果: 2组治疗后消化不良症状积分均较治疗前有显著的改善(均P<0.01). 治疗后舒肝养心汤组在症状改善方面均优于对照组(均P<0.01). 治疗组总有效率84.2%,对照组总有效率70.8%,经统计学处理差异有显著性( P<0.001).结论: 舒肝养心汤对更年期女性功能性消化不良有良好的疗效.

Treatment of menopausal women with functional dyspepsia using Shugan Yangxin Decoction: an analysis of 57 cases

AIM: To investigate the efficacy of Shugan Yangxin Decoction (decoction for soothing the liver and tonifying the heart) for menopausal women with functional dyspepsia accompanied by Liver-Qi stagnation.METHODS: One hundred and forty menopausal women with functional dyspepsia were enrolled who received treatment in the department of gastroenterology,the first af-filiated hospital of Henan traditional Chinese medicine college from 2006-10 to 2008-08. All patients were randomly divided into a treatment group (57 cases) treated with Shugan Yangxin Decoction,and a control group (57 cases) treated with Domperidone. Therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed between two groups.RESULTS: After treatment,the symptom scores of functional dyspepsia were improved markedly in the two groups (all P < 0.01). The symptom improved better in Shugan Yangxin Decoction group than in control group after treatment (all P < 0.01). The total effective rate was 84.2%in the treatment group and 70.2% in the control group,which indicated a remarkable difference between them according to the statistics (P <0.001).CONCLUSION: Shugan Yangxin Decoction has excellent therapeutic effects in treating functional dyspepsia in menopausal women with Liver-Qi stagnation.
