中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流的应用及护理

目的观察中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流的疗效，并探讨应采取的护理措施。方法收集38例胸腔积液患者资料。术前充分了解患者的病情、生命体征及精神状态，给予必要的心理护理及人文关怀；术中建立静脉通道协助置管并密切观察患者病情变化，安慰关心患者，避免不良反应的发生；术后定期更换透明无菌贴膜及可来福输液接头，密切观察患者生命体征及引流是否通畅。结果所有患者能积极配合术前准备和原发病的治疗；术中穿刺顺利，均一次置管成功，患者无明显不适及手术意外；术后无感染等严重并发症。结论加强对中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流患者的护理，对于预防术中意外情况的发生，减少术后并发症，促进患者康复，具有重要意义。
