| 摘 要： | 阿尔茨海默病是最常见的老年认知障碍,本文着重对阿尔茨海默病的治疗研究领域中的热点进行点评,包括Aβ聚集抑制剂、Aβ生成抑制剂、Aβ介导的神经递质抑制剂、Tau介导的神经毒性抑制剂等。对在困境中的AD治疗研究如何进一步深入,提出需要重新审视的问题。

| Abstract: | Alzheimer’s disease is the most common cognition impairment in the elderly.This commentary is focused on the most discussed issues in the treatment of Alzheimer’s diseasei,ncluding inhibitors of Aβ aggrega-tioni,nhibitors of Aβ productioni,nhibitors of Aβ-induced neurotransmitter effects and inhibitors of tau-induced neurotoxicity.We also proposed some questions to be re-examined to solve the dilemma in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. |
