| 摘 要： | 目的观察血液灌流（HP）治疗急性有机磷中毒（AOPP）的疗效。方法对2008年3月-2010年3月收治的急性中重症有机磷中毒患者46例随机分为两组。其中血液灌流组24例为治疗组，常规治疗组22例为对照组。对照组给予洗胃、利尿、阿托品解毒，解磷定恢复胆碱酯酶活性等对症治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用血液灌流治疗。比较两组疗效。结果治疗组意识恢复时间、住院天数低于对照组（P〈0．05），阿托品总量明显减少（P〈0．05），治愈率高于对照组（P〈0．05），病死率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论血液灌流可缩短昏迷时间，减少并发症，提高治愈率，减少医护人员工作量，缩短住院日，降低病死率，且操作简单、安全、可靠，是抢救急性中重症有机磷中毒患者有效方法之
