| 摘 要： | 目的观察实施早期全程护理干预,对脑卒中患者康复的效果。方法将80例急性脑卒中患者随机分成康复组40例,对照组40例。对照组采用内科基础治疗,于发病3～7 d生命体征平稳后进行功能训练,康复组在患者入院当天即进行心理、饮食及排便、皮肤、运用Brunnstrom分期全程护理干预。结果康复组采用早期全程护理干预的方法,脑卒中患者的康复有效92%,明显高于对照组80%。结论早期全程护理干预可改善脑卒中患者的负性情绪,提高对治疗护理的依从性,有利于脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复,提高患者的生活自理能力,且大大减少脑卒中患者病死率和致残率。是脑卒中功能康复的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。
