| 摘 要： | 目的探讨区域性肝血流阻断在解剖性肝切除术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析60例解剖性肝切除术患者的临床资料,行区域性肝血流阻断32例（A组）、全肝入肝血流阻断28例（B组）,比较两组患者的术中肝血流阻断时间、术中出血量以及术后肝功能情况。结果 A组肝血流阻断时间明显长于B组（P〈0.05）,A组术中平均出血量明显少于B组（P〈0.05）。A组术后第7天血清丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）水平明显低于B组（P〈0.05）。A组术后第3天、第7天血清总胆红素（TBIL）水平均明显低于B组（P〈0.05）。结论解剖性肝切除时采用区域性肝血流阻断技术能显著减少肝切除过程中的出血量并减轻肝功能损害,是一种合理有效的肝血流阻断方法。
