内脂素与肥胖和2型糖尿病的相关性研究进展

内脂素（visfatin）是新近发现的脂肪细胞因子，由内脏脂肪组织合成、分泌，与淋巴细胞分泌的前B细胞克隆增强因子结构相同，具有类胰岛素的降血糖作用，参与炎症应答、调节糖脂代谢和自分泌、旁分泌和内分泌等作用。研究发现内脂素与2型糖尿病密切相关，与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗及胰岛素分泌方面关系尤为显著。内脂素与2型糖尿病的关系可能是治疗肥胖和糖尿病的靶点，为研究胰岛素抵抗、糖尿病、肥胖提供新的思路和方法。
