| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效与不良反应。方法62例晚期非小细胞肺癌的患者，随机分为对照组30例：紫杉醇135mg／m^2，d1，静滴；顺铂30mg/m^2，d1-3静滴（TP方案）和治疗组32例：复方苦参注射液联合TP方案，两组病例的临床资料具有可比性。两组患者的治疗，均每21d为1个治疗周期，3个周期为一疗程。结果两组患者中，治疗组在近期疗效、卡氏评分、控制疼痛及不良反应等方面都优于对照组，P〈0．05。结论TP方案联合中药复方苦参注射液治疗非小细胞肺癌具有较好的耐受性和安全性，近期疗效等优于对照组。
