鲍曼不动杆菌在医院感染中的地位及耐药性研究

目的了解鲍曼不动杆菌在医院感染中的地位，以及该菌对临床常用抗生素的耐药情况。方法鲍曼不动杆菌的鉴定和药敏采用法国生物梅里埃公司的VITEK-32系统进行检测。结果28株鲍曼不动杆菌是医院感染的重要致病菌，在呼吸道感染标本中仅次于铜绿假单胞菌。临床常用的抗生素敏感性较好的是亚胺培南、美罗培南、头孢哌酮．舒巴坦、哌拉西林-他唑巴坦、阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星等其敏感率分别为92．9％（26／28）、92．9％（26／28）、57．1％（16／28）、53．6％（15／28）、50％（14／28）、46．4％（13／28）。结论本地区医院感染的病原菌中鲍曼不动杆菌占有非常重要的地位，在抗感染治疗中，亚胺培南、关罗培南、头孢哌酮-舒巴坦、哌拉西林-他唑巴坦、阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星等仍是较好的选择。

Role of Acinetobacter Baumannii in Nosocomial Infection and its Drug-resistance
