摘    要:目的研究垂体后叶素(Pituitrin)对兔门静脉及肠系膜上动脉血管压力的影响,探讨其具体的量效关系、对动脉和静脉作用的差异及稳定性,以指导临床用药。方法①分组:新西兰大白兔(New Zealand White Rabbits)32只,体重(2.3±0.7)kg,雌雄各半,随机分成4组,每组8只,其中3组分别给予垂体后叶素(Pituitrin),对照组给予0.9%生理盐水50 ml/h。②药理学实验:将0.9%NS及不同剂量Pituitrin分别给予4组实验兔,记录用药前后门静脉与肠系膜上动脉压力,取其差值作为统计值。结果①Pituitrin降低兔门静脉、升高肠系膜上动脉压力与剂量成正比。3组重复测量方差分析结果,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),随剂量增加最大降低门静脉、升高肠系膜上动脉压力值提前出现。②Pituitrin在20~60 min内降压效果不稳定。0.9%NS对兔门静脉、肠系膜上动脉压力没有影响。结论①Pituitrin有降低门静脉压力、升高肠系膜上动脉压力作用,且与剂量成正比。②垂体后叶素对血管压力影响不稳定。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of pituitrin on blood vessel pressure of portal vein and superior mesenteric artery in rabbits.And to explore the specific dose-effect relationship of them,the difference roles and stability in arteries and veins and direct clinical use of medicine.Methods ①Grouping:32 New Zealand white rabbits were studied in our experiment,half of them were the male,the average weight was(2.3±0.7) kg,they were randomly divided into four groups,each group ,each group had 8 rabbits, Pituitrin were given three groups of them respectively. Control group received 0.9% NS 50 ml/h. ①pharmacological experiment:0.9% NS and different doses of Pituitrin were given four groups of experimental rabbits respectively, at the same time record the portal vein and superior mesenteric artery pressure before after intravenous administration of Pituitrin and 0.9% NS, depreciation was regarded as the statistical value. Results ②Pituitrin decreased rabbit portal vein and elevated the superior mesenteric artery pressure, the effect was proportional to dose. The result of three groups of repeated measures analysis of variance between the any two groups had significant statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ), and with the increase in the maximum dose to reduce the portal pressure, elevate the superior mesenteric artery pressure appears ahead of schedule. Pituitrin decreasing pressure was more instable in 20 - 60 min. 0.9% NS had no effects on blood vessel pressure of Portal vein and Superior mesenteric artery in rabbits. Conclusion ①the effect was proportional to dose aboat Pituitrin decreasing rabbit portal vein pressure and elevating the superior mesenteric artery pressure. ②pituitrin had unstable effects on blood vessel pressure.
