| 摘 要： | 目的对ICU病房下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌医院感染暴发进行调查分析,查找感染源和传播途径,为预防和控制医院感染提供参考依据。方法采用现场采样检验和药敏试验方法,对ICU病房5例患者在2009年6月28日-7月6日期间发生下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌院内感染暴发进行流行病学调查分析。结果室内环境、呼吸机污染是引起该ICU在9 d时间内陆续出现5例患者发生下呼吸道鲍曼不动杆菌感染暴发流行的主要原因。经采取积极治疗和有效消毒隔离控制措施后未再出现新发感染病例,痊愈率60%,好转率40%。结论对ICU患者进行隔离,加强医务人员的手卫生,对病室环境及医疗器械特别是呼吸器具进行彻底消毒,切断外源性传播途径,是控制鲍曼不动杆菌医院感染暴发流行的有效措施。
