| 摘 要： | 目的探讨看图对话教育模式在新发糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法将140例糖尿病患者分成两组，观察组70例，对照组70例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予常规护理的同时运用看图对话教育模式。观察两组患者自我管理及治疗依从性，同时采用焦虑、抑郁量表（SAS、SDS）对两组进行心理状况比较。结果对于入选的140例患者，给予不同的健康教育模式，出院时观察组在主动监测血糖、胰岛素治疗依从性、饮食控制、自律运动方面均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组SAS、SDS小于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论运用看图对话教育模式能增进新发糖尿病患者的自我管理及自我保健预防的方法，提高其治疗依从性，减轻了糖尿病患者的焦虑、抑郁症状。
