改良高渗盐水诱导排痰效果的观察

目的探讨一种简单、无创、高效、经济、患者痛苦小的诱导气管深部痰液的方法,以获取下呼吸道分泌物,同时缓解患者的气道阻塞,改善通气功能,有利于炎症的控制及抗生素的合理选择,配合临床上做痰液的各种化验和分析。方法将80例患者随机分为高渗盐水组和改良高渗盐水组,两组患者一般情况和疾病情况大致相同。高渗盐水组用3%高渗盐水雾化吸入诱导排痰,改良组用沐舒坦和高渗盐水联合吸入诱导排痰,其他方法两组相同。结果改良高渗盐水组诱导痰液量多,成功率高,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论给无痰或痰液稀少、痰液粘稠的呼吸系统疾病患者留取痰液标本时,可选择改良高渗盐水沐舒坦液雾化吸入,以获取满意的痰液标本。

Effect of Improved Hypertonic Saline on the Inducing of Sputum
