半导体激光联合药物治疗PHN疗效观察

目的探讨半导体激光联合药物治疗治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛（posttherpetic neuralgia，PHN）的疗效。方法将80例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组40例采用半导体激光照射治疗，1次／d，每次10min，共治疗10次，同时口服维生素B．片、甲钴胺片；对照组40例仅口服维生素B，片、甲钴胺片，用法与治疗组相同。10d后比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛缓解情况，疼痛评价采用视觉模拟评分法（visual analogue scale，VAS）。结果两组治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前下降，治疗组下降程度大于对照组。治疗组治愈14例，显效18例，有效率为80％，治愈率为35％；对照组治愈5例，显效14例，有效率为47．5％，治愈率为12．5％，两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。治疗组有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），治愈率也高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论半导体激光联合药物治疗是一种安全有效的治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的方法。

Effects of Semiconductor Laser Combined with Drugs on Postherpetic Neuralgia
