| 摘 要： | 目的通过对乳腺癌钼靶x线征象的分析，提高乳腺癌的诊断正确率。方法对79例经手术病理证实为乳腺癌患者的钼靶X线征象进行回顾性分析、总结。结果79例乳腺癌患者x线征象：直接见肿块53例（67．1％），毛刺征25例（31．6％），恶性钙化31例（39．2％），不对称性致密影17例（21．5％）。结论乳腺钼靶摄影对乳腺癌显示清楚，具有较高的诊断正确率，可作为乳腺癌首选的影像学检查方法。
