| 摘 要： | 目的了解社区全科医生健康教育知识水平,倡导社区健康科普精神,为健康教育的开展和普及提供依据。方法对海淀区部分社区卫生服务中心的99名全科医生进行健康教育专题培训,于培训前后分别进行无记名问卷调查和演讲比赛进行效果评价。结果培训前后研究对象对健康教育工作的态度发生了明显改变,健康教育知识水平和健康教育演讲技能均有显著提高,与培训前相比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论受传统医学模式的影响,社区全科医生普遍缺乏健康教育的基本知识与技能。经培训后在健康教育知识认知、态度、技能诸方面发生了明显变化,特别是在实际演练技能方面普遍明显提高。建议各卫生行政部门和机构应加强对健康教育工作的重视,对全科医生进行专项正规培训,树立新的社区健康服务理念。
