| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院免费给临床科室提供手卫生设施，增加手卫生投入与医务人员手卫生执行率的关系，探讨如何提高手卫生执行率，减少医院感染，保障患者安全。方法从2009年8月1日-2010年1月1日，院感专职人员在该院手卫生干预前后，隐蔽现场调查全院25个临床科室180名医务人员接触患者前和接触患者后手卫生执行率，比较该院手卫生干预前、后医务人员手卫生执行率的差别。结果该院手卫生干预前，医务人员接触患者前和接触患者后手卫生执行率分别为28．0％、30．4％：该院手卫生干预后，医务人员接触患者前和接触患者后手卫生执行率分别为35％、60％：该院手卫生干预前后，医务人员手卫生平均执行率分别为29．2％、47．5％。该院手卫生干预前后，医务人员接触患者前手卫生执行率有所提高（P〈0．05）；该院手卫生干预前后，医务人员接触患者后手卫生执行率显著提高（P〈0．01），该院医务人员手卫生平均执行率亦有所提高（P〈0．05）。结论医院免费提供手卫生设施，增加手卫生投入可提高手卫生执行率，降低医院感染。
