摘    要:本文应用双脉冲刺激技术进行观察DCG对家兔左心房FRP延长机制的实验研究。结果表明,DCG可延长离体家兔左心房FRP,延长利血平处理的兔左心房FRP。这种延长作用可被CaCl_2所对抗。另外,DCG对抗哇巴因和去甲肾上腺素所致FRP缩短。提示DCG延长FRP的作用机制与抗Ca~(2+)有关。

Abstract:The functional refractory period (FRP) of isolated rabbit left atria was determined in the present study by paired stimulus method during the action of dicarboxyethenylgermanium(DCG) alone and in conjunction with various other compounds. The compounds used in the study were ouabain, CaCl_2, reserpine and norepinephrine bitartrate(NE). The results indicate that FRP was increased with DCG alone. It has been demonstrated by numerous investigations that the administration of ouabain and NE results in a decrease in FRP and that this decrease is blocked by DCG. In addition, FRP in the res erpine-treated atria was increased with DCG, but this response was blocked by CaCl_2. All the results suggest that DCG act as calcium-antagonist.
