角膜保存的研究进展

角膜保存方法分为活性保存和非活性保存；活性保存包括湿房保存、中期保存液保存、器官培养和深低温和膜保存；非活性保存有干燥保存、冷漠保存和角膜镜片保存等方法；按保存的时间又分为短期、中期、中长期和较长期保存。近年来围绕保持尸眼角膜结构功能完整和延长角膜保存时间的基础和临床已有较多的研究进展。就角膜保存的方法、保存角膜的代谢、细胞凋亡、免疫原性、生长因子和抗生素的应用等进行综述。

Advances in the study of corneal preservation

The methods of corneal preservation can be classified as viability and non-viability in terms of the viability of the storage. On the other hand,it was classified as short-trem,intermedate term,medium-long term and very long-term according to the duration of storage. Advances in increasing the storage time for cadaveric eye tissue and maintaining the integrity and the function of the corneal endothelial cells ( CEC ) layer have significantly improved the corneal preservation. This paper reviewed the advances in the study of corneal peservation and summarized metabolism, apoptosis, immunogenicity and prospection of using growth factors and antibiotics in corneal storage.
