| 摘 要： | 生物靶向治疗是以乳腺癌发生发展相关的分子为靶 ,进行拮抗治疗。笔者综述了针对肿瘤血管生成、生长因子或生长因子受体、细胞凋亡、细胞内信号传导的新药物的研究现状及末来的研究思路。

| Abstract: | Biological target therapy is a selective action on targets required for tumor development and progression.This paper reviews the new therapeutic agents,which is related to angiogenesis,growth factor or growth factor receptor,apoptosis,intracellular signaling molecules.We wish to find the more effctive antagonists in the future. |
