摘    要:目的:探讨草酸艾司西酞普兰对抑郁症患者的事件相关电位P300影响。方法:随机将年龄在18~65岁之间符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版抑郁症诊断标准患者30例作为研究组,选择30例性别年龄健康者作为对照组。研究组予草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗。两组分别予听觉P300检测,比较P300潜伏期及波幅的差异。结果:研究组Fz、Pz点潜伏期分别为(319±23)ms、(315±20)ms均比对照组分别为(300±22)ms、(299±21)ms延长,研究组Fz、Cz、Pz点分别为(2.5±1.8)μV、(2.6±2.4)μV、(2.5±3.3)μV波幅均比对照组分别为(3.8±2.0)μV、(3.7±1.9)μV、(4.1±3.0)μV降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗8周后,研究组Fz、Pz点潜伏期分别为(301±19)ms、(305±19)ms]明显缩短,Fz、Cz、Pz点分别为(3.5±1.8)μV、(3.7±2.1)μV、(3.6±3.5)μV波幅明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:抑郁症患者存在P300异常,草酸艾司西酞普兰具有改善这种异常现象的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate effect of escitalopram on cognitive function P300 in depressive disorders.Method:30 patients(among 18~65 years old) met with chinese classification of mental disorders-3 for deprerssive disorders criteria were recruited as research group.30 matched sex and age healthy adolescents were selected as normal control group.Research group were treated with escitalopram for 8 weeks.All groups were measured with auditory evoked event-related potential P300.P300 latencies and amplitudes of all groups were compared respectively.Results:Fz,Pz latencies prolonged and the amplitudes of Fz,Cz and Pz site shortened in research group compared with normal control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After 8 week treatment,Fz,Pz latencies shortened and the amplitudes of Fz,Cz and Pz site rised in research group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Depressive patients presents impaired cognitive function measured with event-related potential P300.Escitalopram can improve cognitive impairment in depressive disorders.
