肾移植术后并发肺外结核感染的诊断及治疗(附5例报告)

目的探讨肾移植术后合并发生肺外结核感染的诊断以及治疗并总结临床经验。方法回顾分析5例肾移植术后合并肺外结核感染患者的临床资料。结果 2005年1月至2010年12月收治的肾移植术后结核病患者有5例为肺外结核,其中3例顺利完成疗程并临床治愈;1例在治疗过程中因病情严重死亡;1例尚在治疗中但病情已显示出有明显好转。结论肺外结核感染严重威胁肾移植患者的长期存活。肾移植受者肺外结核感染临床表现不典型,早期诊断及规范治疗能提高肾移植感染患者治愈率。

Study on diagnosis and treatment of extrapulmonary tuberculosis after renal transplantation,a report of 5 cases

Objective To explore the experience in diagnosis and treatment of extrapulmonary tuberculosis in patients after renal transplantation.Methods The clinical data of 5 patients suffered from extrapulmonary tuberculosis after renal transplantation in this hospital within recent 5 years were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Results Five patients infected with extrapulmonary tuberculosis after renal transplantation during January 2005 to December 2010 were treated in this hospital.Among them,three patients were cured by clinical treatment,one got better while still undergoing this treatment and one died of deteriorated condition.Conclusion Extrapulmonary tuberculosis may seriously threaten the long-term survival of patients after renal transplantation.The clinical manifestations of patients complicated with extrapulmonary tuberculosis after renal transplantation are not typical,so it is easy to be misdiagnosed,hence early diagnosis and standardized treatment can raise the cure rate of these patients.
