| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胶原海绵在门诊乳腺良性肿瘤术后乳房重建中的作用。方法:随机选取行乳腺良性肿瘤手术患者200例,其中100例术式为切除肿瘤后,行胶原海绵充填消灭残腔为试验组;对照组100例为传统手术方式,即切除肿瘤后,缝合创腔周围乳腺组织消灭残腔。结果:和对照组相比,试验组手术时间短,切口感染少,皮下血肿少,疗效评价高。结论:胶原海绵在门诊良性肿瘤切除后乳房重建中有价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the role of collagen sponge in breast reconstruction after breast benign tumor dissection of outpatient.Method200 breast benign tumor patients who need operation randomly selected in our outpatient.Of which,after surgical procedures to remove the tumor of 100 cases,the eliminated residual cavity filled with collagen sponge;control group,100 cases that the traditional surgical excision and suture wound cavity elimination of residual breast tissue around the cavity.ResultsCompared with the control group,experimental group had shorter operative time,less wound infection,less wound hematoma and less leakage,high efficacy evaluation but cost slightly higher.ConclusionCollagen sponge in the breast reconstruction after excision of patient with benign tumor are valuable. |
