盐酸氯胺酮复合枸橼酸芬太尼对SD大鼠麻醉效果的观察

摘    要:目的比较盐酸氯胺酮与盐酸氯胺酮复合枸橼酸芬太尼对SD大鼠麻醉的效果。方法先对大鼠进行基础麻醉后,实验组术中静脉输注盐酸氯胺酮+枸橼酸芬太尼,对照组术中只输注盐酸氯胺酮。结果实验组麻醉效果优于对照组。结论在大鼠实验中盐酸氯胺酮复合枸橼酸芬太尼麻醉效果优于单纯输注盐酸氯胺酮,值得在动物麻醉领域推广。

Abstract:Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of ketamine with ketamine combined fentanyl citrate in 20 SD rats. Methods First use basal anaesthesia , after this, intervention group use ktalar complex fentanyl citrate for venoelysis, control group only use ktalar. Results Anesthetic effect of intervention group is better than control group. Conclution In rat experiment, the anesthetic effect of ketamine hydrochlo- ride combined fentanyl citrate is better than that of simple infusion of ketamine hydrochloride, and it is worthy to be recommended in the field of animal anesthesia.
