小青龙汤加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘35例临床观察

目的观察小青龙汤加减对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的治疗效果。方法将70例住院小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组35例应用小青龙汤加减治疗,对照组35例给予孟鲁司特纳片,2～5岁予4 mg,6～12岁予5 mg,每晚1次,睡前口服,观察患者治疗前后症状变化情况。结果治疗组治愈11例,治愈率31.42%,显效16例,显效率45.71%,有效5例,有效率14.29%,无效3例,无效率8.57%,总有效率91.34%;对照组患者治愈9例,治愈率25.71%,显效10例,显效率28.57%,有效10例,有效率28.57%,无效7例,无效率20.90%,总有效率80.00%。两组总有效率比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论小青龙汤加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效显著。

Clinical observation on efficacy of small green dragon tang(decoction)in treatment of pediatric patients with coughing variant asthma

Objective To observe the efficacy of small green dragon tang （ a kind of Chinese traditional medicine decoction） addition and subtraction in treatment of pediatric patients with coughing variant asthma. Methods Seventy cases of pediatric patients with coughing variant asthma were randomly divided into two groups ： trial group （ n = 35 ） and control group （ n = 35 ）. Thirty five patients in trial group were applied with small green dragon tang （ decoction）, and 35 cases in control group were treated with montelukast, 4 mg for 2 to 5 years old, and 5 mg for 6 ~ 12 years old children, once every night. The changes in symptoms and count of peripheral eosinophils were observed in patients of both groups before and after treatment. Results Among 35 patients in trial group, 11 cases were cured, with cure rate of 31.42%, 16 cases were markedly effective, with the rate of 45.71%, 5 cases were effective, with rate of 14.29%, 3 cases failed with rate of 8.57%, and the total effective rate was 91.34%. Among 35 patients in control group, 9 cases were cured, with cure rate of 25.71%, 10 cases were markedly effective, with markedly effective rate of 28.57%, 10 cases were effective, with effective rate of 28.57%, 7 cases failed with rate of 20.90%, and the total ef- fective rate was 80.00%. The difference in total effective rate between these two groups was very significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Small green dragon tang （decoction） in treatment of pediatric patients with coughing variant asthma is significantly effective.
