| 摘 要： | 目的:评价蓝科肤宁治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照单盲法,将152例患者分成两组,试验组采用蓝科肤宁湿敷,对照组采用3%硼酸水溶液湿敷,配合尿素维E乳膏外用,疗程均为4周。结果:试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为76.83%和47.14%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),试验组明显优于对照组。结论:蓝科肤宁治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效明显且安全方便。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of Velvetfeeling in the treatment of Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis.Methods All 152 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.The experiment group(82 cases) received the treatment by wet compress for 20 minutes with Velvetfeeling twice daily for 28 days,while the control groups(70 cases) were treated with by wet compress for 20 minutes with 3% boric acid solution and Urea and Vitamin E cream twice daily for 28 days.Results The total effective rates of the experiment group and control group were 76.83% and 47.14% respectively.There was significance difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Velvetfeeling is effective,safe and convenient for Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis. |
