尿微量清蛋白检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的临床应用

目的:研究尿微量清蛋白检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的临床应用。方法:选取确诊的2型糖尿病患者160例,将80例诊断为糖尿病肾病的患者选作DM肾病组,将80例诊断早期2型糖尿病患者选作DM早期组,再选取相同时间内参加健康检查结果健康的80例选为健康组,对三组患者进行血液、24 h尿液检查,对比所有人的血葡萄糖(Glu)、血尿素(Un)、肌酐(Cr)及尿微量清蛋白(mAlb)的结果。结果:DM早期患者及DM肾病组患者的血葡萄糖、血尿素、肌酐及尿微量清蛋白结果明显高于健康组患者,而DM肾病组患者的血葡萄糖、血尿素、肌酐及尿微量清蛋白结果又明显的高于DM早期组患者,其中以尿微量清蛋白最为突出。结论:尿微量清蛋白检测对肾病有着较高的敏感度,可以积极的应用于临床帮助早期诊断糖尿病肾病。

Clinical application of urine albumin testing for early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy

Objective To study the detection of urinary albumin in diabetic nephropathy in the early diagnosis of clinical application.Method In our hospital between 2009 to 2011 patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetes were for research.Eitgty patients diagnosed as diabetic nephropathy were selected for DM nephropathy group,80 patients diagnosis as type 2 diabetes were selected for early DM group,and then selected 80 candidates who participated in the health screening at the same time for the healthy group.Patients in the three groups received blood,24-hour urine test,compared to all the blood glucose,blood urea,creatinine and urine albumin results.Results Blood glucose,blood urea,creatinme and whine albumin of patients in early DM and DMrephropathy group were significantly higher than the healthy group,while those of patients in DM nephropatly group were significantly higher than the early DM group,of which the urinary albumin was most prominent.Conclusion Urine albumin testing for kidney disease has a higher sensitivity,you can actively apply to early diagnosis of clinical diabetic nephropathy.
