冠心病患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP、Cys-C水平变化及临床意义

摘    要:目的 研究冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平变化及临床意义.方法 对102例冠心病患者[稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组48例、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组32例、急性心肌梗死(AMI)组22例]血清Hcy、hs-CRP、Cys-C水平进行检测,并与正常对照组的40例健康受试者进行比较分析.结果 冠心病组血清Hcy、hs-CRP、Cys-C水平均显著高于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAP组、UAP组血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平均显著低于AMI组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);UAP组患者血清Cys-C水平显著高于AMI组;SAP组血清Hcy、hs-CRP、Cys-C水平均显著低于UAP组,差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且SAP组、UAP组患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP、Cys-C两两之间均呈正性显著相关(P<0.05),AMI组患者血清Hcy与hs-CRP呈正性显著相关(P<0.05).结论 检测冠心病患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP、Cys-C水平对患者疾病预测及治疗具有重要的临床意义.

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical significance of deteeting serum levels of Hey, hs - CRP, Cys - C in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods The serum levels of Hcy, hs - CRP, Cys - C were detected in 102 patients (48 patients with stable angina, 32 patients with unstable angina, 22 patients with acute myocardial infarction) , and compared with those of 40 healthy subjeets in the control group. Results The serum levels of Hey, hs - CRP, Cys - C in the CHD group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( all P 〈 0.05 ). The serum levels of Hey, hs - CRP in the SAP group and the UAP group were significantly lower than those in the AMI group ( all P 〈 0.05 ). The serum level of Cys - C in the UAP group was signifieantly higher than that in the AMI group ( P 〈0.05). The serum levels of Hey, hs - CRP, Cys - C in the SAP group were significantly lower than those in the UAP group ( all P 〈 0.05 ). The serum levels of Hey, hs - CRP were positively correlated with Cys -C in the SAP group and the UAP group (all P 〈0.05 ) , and the serum level of Hey was positively correlated with hs- CRP in the AMI group( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The detection of serum levels of Hey, hs - CRP, Cys - C play an important role in disease prediction and treatment of patients with CHD.
