| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对阑尾炎围手术期的影响。方法:选取阑尾炎手术患者132例。随机分为两组,对照组66例行常规护理;观察组66例行护理干预,观察两组临床效果。结果:观察组患者的满意度和并发症的发生情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:有针对性的护理干预对阑尾炎的围术期可降低术后并发症的发生率,提高手术成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing intervention on perioperative period of appendicitis operation effect.Methods 132 patients with appendicitis operation.Were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 66 routine nursing care;observation group of 66 routine nursing intervention,the clinical effect was observed in the two groups.Results The observation group patients satisfaction and complications were superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention on appendicitis perioperative can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,increase the successful rate of operation. |
