| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者载脂蛋白E(ApoE)水平特点,为PSD的诊断提供新的客观依据。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR技术和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测PSD患者及卒中后非抑郁患者ApoE水平。结果:PSD组ApoE基因mRNA表达量低于卒中组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);PSD组血清ApoE水平高于卒中组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PSD患者外周血ApoE基因mRNA表达和血清ApoE水平与卒中非抑郁患者不同。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the level of apolipoprotein E(ApoE) in post-stroke depression(PSD)patients,in order to provide new objective basis for clinical diagnosis in PSD.Method:Detected the levels of ApoE by real-time PCR and enzyme linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA) technique with PSD patients and brain stroke patients.Results:The expression quantity of ApoE gene mRNA in PSD group is less than brain stroke group and there was significant difference(P<0.01).The serum level of ApoE in PSD group is higher than that with brain stroke group and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of ApoE gene mRNA and serum protein level is different between post-stroke depression group and brain stroke group,it can be considered in dragnosts and treatment of PSD patients. |
