| 摘 要： | 目的通过分析人工骨水泥型股骨头置换合并可吸收丝线捆扎术与其他方法治疗高龄股骨粗隆间粉碎骨折的疗效,前瞻性评价骨水泥型人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法选择108例超高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随机分为2组,实验组用人工股骨头置换术合并可吸收丝线捆扎术,对照组采用其他方式治疗。结果108例患者得到平均2 a的随访。2组患者术后并发症发生率比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论人工骨水泥型股骨头置换合并可吸收丝线捆扎术将成为治疗超高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的主要方法。
