人文关怀在睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征病人多导睡眠监测中的应用

目的]探讨人文关怀在睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(SAHS)病人多导睡眠监测中的应用效果。方法]选择进行睡眠监测的病人215例,按时间先后分为对照组和观察组,两组均采用多导睡眠监测的常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予人文关怀,比较两组睡眠监测成功率和病人满意度。结果]观察组检测成功率为98.21%,高于对照组的86.41%(P0.05),观察组满意度评分高于对照组(P0.05)。结论]在多导睡眠监测过程中实施人文关怀能提高检测成功率及病人满意度。

Application of humanistic care in multiple sleep monitoring of patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

Objective:To probe into the application effect of humanistic care in multiple sleep monitoring of pa-tients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(SAHS).Methods:A total of 215 patients receiving sleep monitoring were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to time sequence,Both groups of patients were given routing care of multiple sleep monitoring,besides that the patients in observation group also received humanistic care.The success rates and patients ’satisfaction of sleep monitoring were compared be-tween both groups .Results:The success rate of monitoring in observation group was 98.21%,which was higher than that in control group(86.41%)(P<0.05);the satisfaction score in observation group was also higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of humanistic care in multiple sleep monitoring process could improve success rate of monitoring and patients’satisfaction.
