| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨综合护理干预对温针灸治疗粘连性肩周炎配合的影响。[方法]选取62例粘连性肩周炎病人,按照随机数字表随机分为对照组和干预组各31例,将两组病人的总有效率、烫伤率及病人满意率进行统计及比较。[结果]干预组有效率为96.77%,对照组有效率为87.09%,干预组的烫伤发生率明显低于对照组,对温针灸治疗过程的满意度亦明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。[结论]综合护理干预可显著提高温针灸治疗粘连性肩周炎病人的疗效,可有效预防治疗时烫伤的发生,提高病人满意度。

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on warm acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis |

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on warm acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:A total of 62 cases of pa-tients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table,3 1 cases in each.The total efficiency,scald rate and pa-tients'satisfaction rate were analyzed and compared between both groups.Results:Eeffective rate in intervention group was 96.77%,and 87.09% in control group;the incidence of scald in intervention group was significantly lower than that in control group;the satisfaction at warm acupuncture and moxibustion treatment was signifi-cantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention could significantly improve curative effect of warm acupuncture and moxi-bustion in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients,and effectively prevent the occurrence of scald,and improve patients’satisfaction. |
