基于医护一体模式的快速流程护理在胃食管早癌ESD术中的应用效果研究

[目的]研究基于医护一体模式的快速流程护理在胃食管早癌内镜下黏膜剥离术(ESD)术的应用对病人预后的影响。[方法]遵循病例的选取标准将2014年1月—2016年1月胃消化内镜病房收集治疗的76例胃食管早期癌症病人划分为观察组和对照组,每组各38例病人,观察组基于医护一体化模式实施快速流程护理;对照组常规护理;比较观察组和对照组的护理质量、护理工作环境评分及生活质量。[结果]观察组护理环境评分中各项因子分值较对照组高,护理操作技能、护理态度、病人配合度等评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且观察组术后生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。[结论]胃食管早癌病人采用ESD术治疗后对病人进行基于医护一体模式的快速流程护理,全面兼顾病人的身心需求,提高护理质量,改善护理环境,保障术后生活质量,对预后有积极的促进作用。

Study on application effect of rapid process nursing based on Health care integration model in ESD operation on pa-tients with early gastroesophageal cancer

Objective:To study the influence of application of rapid process nursing based on health care integra-tion model in ESD operation on prognosis of patients with early gastroesophageal cancer.Methods:By following selection criteria of case,a total of 7 6 cases of patients with early gastroesophageal cancer treated in gastric di-gestive endoscopic wards were divided into study group and control group from January 2014 to January 2016, 38 patients in each group.The patients in study group received rapid process nursing based on health care inte-gration model,and the patients in control group received the routine nursing;the quality of nursing,nursing work environment score and quality of life of patients were compared between both groups.Results:Score of all factors in nursing environment score in study group were higher than those in control group,nursing operation skills score,nursing attitude score and patient's coordination degree score were significantly higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);postoperative quality of life score of patients in study group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically signif-icant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The rapid process nursing based on health care integration model was implied for patients with early gastroesophageal cancer after ESD treatment could take into account patient’s physical and psychological needs,improve quality of care and nursing environment,ensure their quality of life after surgery, and could play a positive role in promoting prognosis of patients.
