| 摘 要： | 综述膝骨关节炎(KOA)中医外治及护理研究进展,目前中医外治在KOA的治疗中具有简、便、验、廉和无毒副反应等特色优势,还挖掘出越来越多优势互补的综合治疗手段,提高了临床疗效;护理人员从中医整体护理出发,制定并逐步完善KOA中医护理方案,为病人提供个性化的中医护理。

| Abstract: | This article reviews the progress of traditional Chinese medical(TCM)external therapy and nursing research on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).At present,the TCM external therapy has advantages including simplici-ty,convenience,inexpensiveness and non toxic side effects;with more and more comprehensive treatment of multi advantages complement were found,the clinical curative effect improved.The nursing staff should for-mulate and gradually perfect the KOA TCM nursing scheme based on the holistic nursing of Chinese medicine, and provide individualized TCM nursing for patients. |
