多元化护理在64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查中的干预效果评价

摘    要:[目的]探讨多元化护理干预在64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查中的应用效果。[方法]将64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影的病人335例随机分为实验组167例和对照组168例。对照组采用传统的护理方法,实验组采用多元化的护理方法,分析比较两组病人造影效果、并发症发生率、病人满意度的差异。[结果]实验组中初次造影即能呈现3分以上的病人占86.3%,并发症发生率为1.8%,对照组中呈现3分以上的病人占74.3%,并发症发生率为6.6%,两组病人初次造影效果、并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.697,P0.05;χ2=4.821,P0.05);实验组病人的满意度为95.8%,对照组的满意度为81.4%,两组间的差异均有统计学意义(Z=-3.469,P0.05)。[结论]多元化护理能够改善64排螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查的效果,提高病人的满意度。

Evaluation on intervention effect of 940 diversified care for 64 slice spiral CT coronary angiography
Abstract:Objective:To probe into the application effect of diversified care in 64 slice spiral CT coronary angi-ography.Methods:A total of 335 patients who underwent 64 slice spiral CT coronary angiography were col-lected from a hospital from March 2012 to September 2013.These cases were randomly divided into two group, 167 cases in treatment group and 168 in control group.The patients in treatment group received the diversified care while the patients in control group received the traditional nursing.The quality of imaging,the incidence of complications and the patients’satisfaction were compared between both groups.Results:In treatment group, the patients with score of quality of imaging over three accounted for 86.3%,and the incidence of complications was 1.8%.While they were 74.3% and 6.6% in control group,and the differences were statistically significant between both groups(χ2=7.697,P<0.05;χ2=4.821,P<0.05).The patients’satisfaction was 95.8% in treatment group,and 81.4% in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (Z=-3.469,P<0.05).Conclusion:Diversified care could improve the 64 slice spiral CT coronary angiography and the pa-tients’satisfaction.
