三H+双C联合护理在妇科腹腔镜手术病人中的应用研究

目的]观察三H+双C联合护理在妇科腹腔镜手术病人中的应用效果。方法]我院2016年4月开始在妇科腹腔镜手术病人中实施三H+双C联合护理,选择实施前(2016年1月—2016年3月)和实施后(2016年4月—2016年6月)于医院接受妇科腹腔镜手术干预的病例各47例作为研究对象,实施前后病例分别设为对照组与试验组,比较两组干预后各观察指标的差异性。结果]试验组妇科腹腔镜手术观察对象干预后舒适度评分和护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组、手术并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论]采用三H+双C联合护理对妇科腹腔镜手术病人实施干预,可显著提高该类受术者的舒适度感受,同时降低手术并发症发生风险,获得护理满意度的提升。

Application of 3H+2C combined nursing for patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Objective:To probe into the application effect of 3 H+2C combined nursing for patients with gyneco-logical laparoscopic surgery.Methods:3 H+2C combined nursing was implemented for patients with gyneco-logic laparoscopic surgery in our hospital since April 2016.47 cases of patients receiving gynecological laparo-scopic intervention in our hospital respectively before the implementation (from January to March in 2016)and after the implementation (from April to June in 2016)were as the research objects.The patients before inter-vention were taken as control group and patients after intervention were taken as experiment group,and then compared the differences of all observed indexes between both groups after the intervention.Results:The com-fort score and nursing satisfaction scores of the patients in experiment group were significantly higher than those in control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in experiment group was significantly lower than that in control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The 3H+2C combined nursing for patients undergoing gy-necologic laparoscopic surgery could significantly improve the patients’feelings of comfort and reduce risk of complications and then to get the nursing satisfaction enhanced.
