护理风险管理在妇科恶性肿瘤病人紫杉醇化疗护理中的应用

目的]观察护理风险管理在妇科恶性肿瘤病人紫杉醇化疗护理中的应用效果。方法]将124例妇科恶性肿瘤行紫杉醇化疗病人根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各62例,对照组化疗期间实施常规护理,观察组实施护理风险管理,即根据化疗方案建立风险管理流程,并对护理风险进行识别、分析及预防,比较两组护理效果及病人满意度。结果]观察组病人化疗知识知晓率、化疗依从率、化疗总有效率、满意率高于对照组(P0.05),而经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)血流感染率、皮肤局部坏死发生率、静脉炎发生率低于对照组(P0.05);观察组病人恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制、口腔黏膜炎、血小板减少毒副反应程度明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论]护理风险管理可提高妇科恶性肿瘤病人化疗依从性及化疗知识知晓率,降低病人化疗风险事件及化疗毒副反应,有利于提高妇科恶性肿瘤病人紫杉醇化疗的效果,提高病人满意度。

Application of nursing risk management in nursing care of patients with gynecologic malignancies undergoing pacli-taxel chemotherapy

Objective:To observe the application effect of nursing risk management in nursing care of patients with gynecologic malignancies undergoing paclitaxel chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 124 patients with gyne-cologic malignancies after paclitaxel chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,62 cases in each.The patients in control group received the chemotherapy routine nursing,while the pa-tients in observation group received nursing risk management,that is to establish risk management process ac-cording to chemotherapy plans and to identify,analyze and prevent the nursing risk,then to compare the nursing effect and patients’satisfaction between both groups.Results:The chemotherapy knowledge awareness rate, chemotherapy compliance rate,the total effective rate of chemotherapy,satisfaction rate of patients in observa-tion group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Whereas incidence of bloodstream infection,inci-dence of the local skin necrosis and incidence of phlebitis after peripheral venous insertion of central venous catheter (PICC)were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The degree of side effects including nausea and vomiting,bone marrow suppression,mucositis,thrombocytopenia in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing risk management could improve chemotherapy compliance and knowledge awareness rate of chemotherapy for patients with gynecologic malignancies,reduce risk events and side effects of chemotherapy,and it was helpful to improve the effect of paclitaxel chemotherapy and im-prove patients’satisfaction.
