| 摘 要： | 目的：观察异长春花碱（NVB）联合顺铂（DDP）治疗晚期转移性乳腺癌的疗效及安全性。方法：运用NVB（25mg/m^2,dl,8)加DDP（30mg/m^2,d1-3)治疗转移性乳腺癌45例。结果：取得CR7例，PR19例，总有效率达57．8％（26／45）；中位缓解期5个月（2－16个月）；主要毒副反应为白细胞减少，发生率为100％。其中Ⅲ-Ⅳ度减少占64．4％。结论：NVB联合DDP治疗转移性乳腺癌疗效确切，不良反应可耐受。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect and safety of combination chemotherapy of vinorelbin and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced and metastatic breast cancer Methods:All the 45 patients of metastatic breast cancer were treated with vinorelbin 25mg/m 2 iv for day 1 and 8,and cisplatin 30mg/m 2 iv for day 1~3 Results:Complete response in 7 patients and partial response in 19 patients were observed with an overall response rate of 57 8%(26/45) The median time of remission of response was 5 months (rang2~16) Leukopenia was the most frequent toxicity (100%) and the grade 3,grade 4 leukopenia were totally present in 64 4% Conclusions:Vinorelbine combined with cisplatin is effective and has acceptable tolerance in the patients with metastatic breast cancer |
