过渡金属催化直接芳基化反应研究进展

摘    要:过渡金属催化碳氢活化反应是有机合成领域重要的研究课题,也是构筑碳碳键强有力的工具。传统的过渡金属催化反应存在着诸如反应步骤较长、反应选择性差和反应副产物多等不足,而直接芳基化反应则可以避免以上问题。近年来,这种类型的反应已被广泛地应用于合成具有重要生物活性的杂芳香类化合物。本文综述了4种过渡金属参与的直接芳基化反应。

Abstract:As a powerful tool for the formations of C-C bonds, transition-metal-catalyzed C--H activation is of great importance in organic synthesis field. The traditional transition-metal-catalyzed reactions have many deficiencies such as longer reaction steps,poor selectivities and undesirable byproducts. Direct arylations could avoid the above-mentioned problems,and provide more efficient and convenient methods. In recent years, this type of reaction has been utilized extensively in the synthesis of heteroaromatic compounds with special biological activity. This paper reviews the four kinds of transition metals in the direct arylation reactions.
