| 摘 要： | 目的观察三维适形放射治疗(3D-CRT)局部复发鼻咽癌的临床疗效及副作用。方法对26例局部复发鼻咽癌患者采用常规分割法,进行三维适形放射治疗,总剂量为60~70 Gy。结果2年生存率和无瘤生存率各为65.4%和53.8%,近期有效率为92.3%,且无明显副作用和合并症。结论三维适形放疗是治疗局部复发鼻咽癌的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical curative effects and side effects of 3D-CRT on local recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 26 cases received 3D-CRT,with the total dosage of radiotherapy being 60-70Gy.Results The two-year survival rate,the two-year no-tumor survival rate and the recent effective tare were 65.4%,53.8% and 92.3% respectively.No side effects or complications were found.Conclusion 3d-CRT can produce good curative effects on nasopharyngeal carcinoma without causing side effects or complications. |
