摘    要:目的:让学生充分了解临床病例的复杂性和多样性,提高学生个体化用药的思路和能力。方法:根据教学内容,布置同学先自学,在课堂上提供一系列病例,每一病例提出一个多选题,让学生当场回答,随即老师根据答题情况分析解释。结果:课堂上讨论热烈,师生之间有良好的互动性,讲课后学生们的答题正确率有了明显的提高。结论:提供系列病例,当堂问答式临床药学教学效果良好。

Abstract:Objective: To le t the students understand the complexity and variety of clinical cases and to im prove the ability of the students in individual treatment with drug. Methods: Before the lecture, the students were informed about the topic and content of t he lecture. Then the teacher offered a series of clinical cases and a question w ith multiple choices for each case. The students answered questions in class imm ed iately. The teacher gave the accurate answers and explained according to the stu dents' answers and discussed with students. At last the students were examined a gain. Results: The discussion was ardent. The communication between teacher and students was wide. Conclusion: The new teaching mode o f clinical pharmacy, offering a series of cases and asking questions in class, i s a well accepted teaching mode.
