病毒性心肌炎小鼠心肌细胞凋亡的检测及意义

摘    要:目的 研究病毒性心肌炎(VMC)小鼠心肌细胞凋亡及其意义。方法 实验用TUNEL法结合电镜观察小鼠接种VMC病毒后3、5、7、9、15、35天心肌细胞凋亡情况。结果 发现小鼠在接种VMC病毒后的3、5、7、9、15、35天各时点凋亡心肌细胞数目较正常对照组明显增加(P<0.01)。小鼠在接种病毒后7~9天,电镜下心肌细胞可见凋亡。结论VMC中存在异常的心肌细胞凋亡现象,心肌细胞凋亡可能参与了VMC的发病。

Abstract:Objective To investigate cardiomyocyte apoptosis in viral myocarditis (VMC)mice and its relationship with VMC. Methods TUNEL and electron microscope were used to study cardiomyocyte apoptosis in VMC mice after virus inoculation 3, 5, 7, 9 15 and 35 days. Results comparing with control, cardiomyocyte apoptosis in VMC mice was increased significantly on the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 15th 35th day after virus inoculation (P<0. 01)and apoptotic bodies were found in cardiomyocyte in VMC mice on 7th and 9th days after virus inoculation. Conclusions Cardiomyocyte apoptosis was increased in VMC mice and it maybe has relationship with the pathogenesis of VMC.
