特需医疗中心开展护理管家服务实践的效果观察

目的 探讨特需医疗中心实施护理管家服务后对护理服务质量改善的效果。方法 设立护理管家岗位,制定岗位职责及实行方案,制定考评方法及监督机制,将管家式服务贯穿患者入院-治疗-出院-院后随访全过程。结果 实施护理管家主导的护理服务模式后,科室的危重症护理技术、护理文书书写、消毒隔离、急救药品与器材、病区质量管理、患者满意度等明显提高。结论 在特需医疗中心试行开展护理管家服务能够有效提升护理服务质量。

Practice and Effect of Nursing Butler Service in Special Medical Center

Objective To explore the effect of nursing butler service on the quality of nursing service in special medical center. Methods Post of nursing butler was established with post responsibilities, implementation plans, evaluation method and supervision mechanism and butler service run through the whole process of admission-treatment-discharge-follow-up. Results After the implementation of nursing butler service, critical nursing skill, nursing document writing, disinfection and isolation, first-aid drugs and equipment, quality management of the ward, and patient satisfaction had been significantly improved. Conclusion Nursing butler service can effectively improve the quality of nursing service in special medical center.
